- Make sure you erect a structure on any property you purchase to secure the property. Erecting a structure or a fence will prevent the Omorile's from re-selling the property to someone else. When i say erecting a structure, i don't mean erecting a very high fence. Erecting a fence as high as your knee is high enough to secure your land. Lets say with as little as N250K, your can erect a fence that can secure a plot of land.
